The problem

Random Workouts Won't Build Your Best Vertical.

Most volleyball players know they want to jump higher, but they do not know what to train, how often to train, or how to balance jump workouts with practices and matches. They save random exercises, switch programs every few weeks, and wonder why their vertical stays the same.

40 Inch Blueprint gives you a clear plan based on where you are right now and where you want to go.

WITHOUT A PLAN
Random workouts
Inconsistent training
Too much or too little jump volume
No way to measure progress
WITH 40 INCH BLUEPRINT
Personalized weekly schedule
Strength, plyometrics, and jump mechanics
Workouts adjusted around volleyball
Progress, streak, and vertical tracking

My story

I Wasn't Always a Great Jumper.

When I started playing volleyball at 13, I did not know how to jump properly. I was not following a real program, I did not understand jump mechanics, and I was mostly just hoping that playing more volleyball would make me more explosive.

Early training — still figuring out how to jump

At 15, I finally started taking my training seriously. I worked on getting stronger, improving my approach, becoming more explosive, and staying consistent even when the progress was not immediate.

From age 15 to 16, I added eight inches to my vertical in one year.

It was not because I found one secret exercise. It came from having a plan, putting in the work, tracking my progress, and staying consistent long enough to improve.

That process helped me develop a 40-plus-inch vertical and become a Division I volleyball player. I created 40 Inch Blueprint to give other volleyball athletes the structure I wish I had when I started.

What we believe

You Do Not Need Better Genetics. You Need Better Direction.

You cannot control your height or where you started, but you can control how you train. Your program should account for your strength, jump mechanics, volleyball workload, equipment, recovery, and goals — not give every athlete the exact same workout.

"I built this for the athlete who knows they can jump higher but needs a real plan to get there."
